Are you similar to kombucha?
No. A kombucha is an acidulous drink obtained from the fermentation of green or black tea and sugar by a symbiosis of yeast and bacteria which takes a disc form above the fermentation culture.
How is your mate dried?
We air dried our yerba maté so there is no trace of PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons). Traditionally the leaves were dried over a wood fire which produced carcinogenic hydrocarbons due to the smoke and ashes.
How does it work to have my design on one of your products?
You just have to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your coordinates.
What is the delivery delay?
The delivery time may be different depending on the delivery method chosen at the time of payment. If you have not received your order within the expected time, let us know at email@example.com.
PS: Remember that now with COVID the delivery time can take longer than usual.
What is the delay before my order is sent?
Canada Post, standard delivery, picks up 2 package pickups from our warehouse: Monday and Thursday. The Xpresspost or priority delivery service is delivered the day after your order. We may use other transportation services. It will be specified during your confirmation of purchase.
Can I track my package?
When your order is ready, you will receive an email that will allow you to track your package with Canada Post. Check your junk emails it could be there.
Return & warranty
Is it possible to return a damaged can during delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible, since it is a food product, but send us a message to let us know what happened firstname.lastname@example.org.
I order clothes that are too small or too big for me, can I exchange it?
